About Us
Who We Are
The name Incubators is drawn from the Latin word “Incubare,” meaning “to hatch” or “to sit upon an egg in order to hatch it.” True to that meaning, The Incubators Secondary Academy is designed to nurture and develop the lives of young people. Founded on 22nd September, 2018, the Academy is located in Kaduna State, Nigeria, and is designed as a fully boarding school with a capacity for about 350 students.
INCUSA is a non-degree-awarding, government-approved co-educational secondary school serving boys and girls from JSS1 to SS3. As a fully boarding institution, we provide a structured environment where learning, worship, character training, and daily life are intentionally integrated — raising complete youths who look like Christ spiritually, academically, socially, and morally.
At INCUSA, we believe that education goes far beyond textbooks and examinations. We nurture the whole child — mind, body, and spirit — preparing them not just for academic success, but for a life of purpose, service, and faith.
All our staff are missionaries who are supposed to be living by faith and sacrifice. Where such are not available presently, we use volunteers and auxiliary staff, and in some few cases, paid staff — until we can get the missionaries who have received a burden for the work. Every member of the INCUSA community plays a role in shaping students into confident, God-fearing, and well-rounded individuals.
Our Vision
Gearing towards raising complete youths who look like Christ in every area of their lives.
